- Technical support via email and live chat training for designated time via MSN.
- Free counseling for online marketing to artisans groups of developing countries
- Free product upload up to 50 products then rest you may do it yourself with our instruction.
II. Own domain name

If you prefer your own domain (i.e. www.yourname.com or .org ), we can set it up and include 5 e-mails (for example dave@yourname.com ) . If you have already domain name you may use it to your website.
